Wanted to get my mom's Coach bag repaired, but the associate didn't seem like she wanted to assist me. She was telling me to go to the leather repair shop across the way until her co-worker said Coach can do the repair, which I said I was willing to pay for it. I'm surprised Coach would allow their employees to re-direct customers elsewhere for repairs.
I was in the Coach Glendale store today and Journey Brown helped me. Great energy, great customer service. It is a beautiful store with a good selection of bags.
Came in excited since this was my second visit—the first time, I loved the selection and found some really cute bags. Unfortunately, the experience this time was disappointing. When I asked about embroidery for my current bag (which I got from an outlet), the associate unnecessarily emphasized that it was a “lower grade” because it came from an outlet. That comment felt dismissive and unprofessional. A simple explanation about material compatibility would’ve been enough. Not the kind of tone or service I expected from Coach.
Very upset right now! I made a purchase this evening that was wrapped at the store. Luckily when I got home I checked it and they gave me the wrong item that was at a lower value.
I honestly don’t love coming to the galleria, it’s always a hot mess with parking and crowds. But this coach store is a little reprieve from the chaos. The store is clean and well staffed, stocked with high-quality leather goods that coach has always offered. Sales associates are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Services is top-notch, would recommend this location!
