Was not helped at this location and was ignored by all workers. I was clearly interested in buying a bag but they assumed I wasn’t and did not receive a good service. No one came to help, no one came to ask if I had any questions or was interested in buying. They were not welcoming at all.

Got to hate this brand because of the low work ethic people here in Glendale Galleria. Only one white lady who stood by the door worked by greeting people. Rest of them chit chatted among themselves, no eye contact, no greeting, no support, no question whatsoever even when I was looking around, others were trying bags, people were coming in, etc. They were way LOUDER chatting than the customers. I called over the phone if they were doing engraving on the tags for the purses and they said yes so I drove 1 hour away so I can do the engraving as I walk in the Associates seem nice but after I asked what I needed she didn’t seem to want to help she also rolled her eyes at me and this was so unprofessional. They had mentioned to me I had to do a purchased over $150 to get my tags engraved! Which they could have mentioned this over the phone!
