Johnny & Samantha at this location were the best sales associates that we could have asked for! We called ahead of time and told them we were on the way, they assisted us until the store closed. I visited this location on Tuesday, December 8, 2025 at around 1 PM hoping to purchase the Udele slides I had seen online. I’m a Hispanic woman who had just come out of SMC to do some Christmas shopping. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted in a very unenthusiastic way, and it felt like the staff had no interest in helping me. Walked in with my partner to locate the new Coach crystal purse collection, and cardholder. Upon stepping foot right away we were greeted by ALEJANDRO. The Most professional, nicest and informative associate at that location. Helped us from beginning to end and made the checkout process smoothly. Overall made our in-store experience a 10/10 and would definitely come back with him. Thank you AlEJANDRO and thank you Coach of Santa Monuca Place.
I would like to say Thank you so much to "Johnnie" for amazing service even though I am ordering from website for pickup. He still taking care of me with my order and give an option if I don't want to wait because if online orders for pickup at the store take about 3-5 hours to receive the order. Lucky me got a phone from Johnnie my order ready in an hour. I am so happy and excited to used it now.
