I recently visited this location with the intention of making a purchase and was looking forward to seeing the different styles in person. However, during my entire time in the store, I was never greeted or acknowledged by any sales associate. There was no offer of assistance or even a simple hello. This lack of customer service made the experience feel unwelcoming and unprofessional. As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I love the quality of Coach but they wouldn't replace my purse straps
