Disappointed and Embarrassed — Will Not Be Returning I recently purchased a Coach wallet and had it monogrammed. While the sales associates were kind and helpful, the product itself has been a major disappointment. Every time I walk into major retailers like Target, Kohl’s, or T.J. Maxx, this wallet sets off the security alarms. It’s incredibly embarrassing. 4/3/25 went to buy a coach tabby 33 and was immediately greeted by two of the employees. Mikinnley (sorry for incorrect spelling) and another sales lady (didn't get her name) were so helpful and kind to my and my baby / helping me with the purchase of my new bag. since the last one in store was the a display purse got it cleaned up before they boxed it for me. they were nice enough to walk me through the monogramming process and were over all just great to talk to . 10/10 customer service

I absolutely love all the purses! I went in today to treat myself to a new purse. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a couple of ladies that stayed standing next to the register. A few minutes after, while I was looking, a younger man walked in and was looking around for something and one of the ladies kept approaching him and asking him (a total of 3 times actually) if he needs help looking for anything, and what kind of bag he was looking for and if he was interested in switching one he already had.
