My experiences at this Coach location have been hit or miss. I’ve purchased several items here over time, and I often stop by just to browse and see what’s new. However, the service level is inconsistent. It really depends on when I come in.
After a horrible experience this morning at Northstar Mall Coach. We were greeted here by Mark at the La Cantera location. Treated us amazing, was very helpful. Even offered us water. Highly recommend anyone shopping here, ask for Mark, always.
This store has a very small inventory. We went in looking for a bangle, purse and charm keychains. This experience was horrible. Customer service at this location was very poor. At the end of the visit they basically told us to call another location to find out on our own.
The employees are so give and helpful.
