My finance and I went into this location on 5/20/26 and Leslie helped us out. She was very patient with all the questions my finance and I had. She was able to show us absolutely everything we were interested and we found the absolute perfect purse for my finance! Leslie was able to help us also get the tag on the purse customized and it looks outstanding! Thank you so much to Leslie!
They told my wife they had the bag she wanted in stock. But failed to let her know it was the display until she noticed wear and asked after paying. Needless to say she returned it. Really should let their customers know if it’s a display model or not considering how many hands touch these bags.
I got gift purses online for some friends for graduation. As they don’t provide gift boxes or simple coach bags, I went to store to request but I was given only one bag although I proved that I purchased five of them. Why not caring about their branding? Am I supposed to give a coach purse in a simple heb gift bag or may be Walmart better ! Unbelievable!
The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and attentive!
Tell me one thing over phone then another waste of my time not to even mention the girl made no sense.
