I visited this store this past weekend for the first time. I love the brand and know to expect amazing service in their stores. Well, they did not disappoint! I was greeted by Najarus as soon as I walked in, he was very polite and asked me what I came in for. As I was just looking, I wasn’t really sure— but I did find a few items he helped me try on and offered to order my size if need be. Very pleasant experience will definitely be back soon when it’s time to purchases mom and dad’s gifts for the coming holidays.
Sherri ruined my day! I drove over an hour to visit this location for the first time, expecting the luxury experience Coach is known for. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and singled out.
