Would put zero stars if I could. Walked in the store with my daughter there was other people there as well, but why was I targeted and this worker today walked up to me and as I was holding the purse was like “oh that’s too expensive” like what do you mean I’m wearing a coach bag myself that cost more than the guy that I’m holding and she had been nervous to ask. Just wanted to come here and put a review about Josue ! It was my first time in Jacksonville and when we came in we were greeted instantly and Josue knew right away what I was looking for! He took his job seriously and treated us well! Great customer service! I highly recommend him!

So thankful this location is nearby. I more recently got into Coach and they’ve been amazing with answering questions and helping me find what I need. I’ve worked with a few different SAs and they’ve all been really great to work with. Highly recommend checking them out and exploring their personalization services - definitely what keeps me coming back. I love that I can hot stamp my leather tags to make my pieces more interesting and personalized.

Jose was so kind and patient with us, we purchased three bags and he took the time to help us find one that wasn’t in stock. He was so friendly and can’t wait to make another purchase!
