Let's just say this store and staff on July 24th around 4pm exceeded my expecting when walking in. Staff greeted me and were not pushy. They let me know if I needed assistance they were just a few steps away. No one was breathing down my back. NaJaius was very knowledgeable of the products and assured me that the Tabby I came for was in style and the right pick. Very small selection in store however the service was great and participated in the sell back program.
Purchased a wallet here, yet less than a year later the stitching was coming undone! I went to the store to inquire about the warranty, receipt in hand & the manager insisted there was no warranty on wallets & nothing they could do. They acted like I was crazy for wanting the wallet repaired or replaced, what was the big deal, the wallet was only $100 in their eyes.
