Went in for Soft empire bag and was sad it wasn’t in stock but Jose took care of me and ordered it online as well, he was very friendly and welcoming to everyone that came in , was on top of making sure every guest was being helped and attended to. Very sweet experience and he deserves all the praise give this man a raise! 🫶🏽
I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Coach store. From the moment my bestfriend and I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The staff member who assisted us was noticeably unfriendly and dismissive, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable.As Black customers, it honestly felt like we were being treated differently than others in the store. Very friendly sales attendants, quality merchandise. I was at the wrong location for my purse I placed on hold.. and the kindest salesman helped me decide which purse I preferred before I left. (This store had sold out.)
