the guy in the front was incredible and helped me make a purchase for my girlfriend. Unfortunately the girls in the front did not greet me. I believe one of them was named Victoria.
Yas is so nice and knowledgeable about her job, she’s the sweetest too I come back to this specific store just for the amazing customer service!!!! She helped me pick out the cutest bag and cutest charm for it
I’ve always loved Coach, and I always find myself going back. They consistently have a great variety, and during my last visit, we were helped by an associate named Victoria who was wonderful. They had lots of new items out, including beautiful pieces in green—especially olive, which I love. The service was excellent, the inventory was fresh, and the store is conveniently located inside International Plaza Mall. Whenever I’m in Tampa, I always make sure to stop by!
Yas was amazing! She was very helpful when recommending options for my upcoming birthday gift. I let her know i was not purchasing today as my boyfriend would buy me it for my birthday but she was not just trying to get the sale out of me, she genuinely just wanted to help!!! Amazing customer service and amazing taste <3
I came to this Coach store while visiting from out of town. I specifically made the trip to get my Coach tag monogrammed. I walked in, was told the monogramming service was free, and then when I said I bought my bag on Poshmark, they refused to do it. It’s frustrating to be turned away for supporting the brand in a smart and sustainable way. I own an authentic Coach bag. I love it. I’m proud to carry it.
