I've shopped here a few times the staff are always friendly and helpful and have a nice selection of items.
Went to the Washington, PA store. They did not have the purse that was wanted so they ordered it to be shipped. Unfortunately the shipping label listed an incorrect name and email address and now we have to make the hour trip to and from the store because Coach cannot take a mail return due to the original shipping order having the wrong name and email address on it. This is unacceptable. They made the mistake and we will never shop there again.

Ashton at the Ross Park Mall was phenomenal with making my wife's birthday extra special. He went beyond expectations with a special gift presentation for my wife. Ashton is truly a professional and represents this location with the utmost regard for the clients. I truly wish there was a way to leave more than just five stars!
