Lovely times at this store. The staff was very knowledgeable about the products and offered to check out their new line of shoes (in my favorite color)!! Their patience and understanding of both fashion and craftsmanship made for a great shopping experience. Ultimately, they found a bag that was perfect for me. I drive to this location an hour away to buy the one day crystal collection and was told I couldn’t put any items on hold over the phone but that the whole collection was in stock in store . When I arrive I was shown one of the purses and wallet and was told the other style was on hold. The manager proceeded to say it was payed for in store and just needs to be picked up. I went to this store a few days ago to buy a new purse , I Picked one out and the young lady said she would grab one from the back, then she came back i She brought the purse from the back all ready bagged up and i left.i got home , opened the paper coach signature bag to find my bag without all the coverings which usually covers all the hardware to protect a new purse had been removed and no any wrapper on the any part and the bag has some scratches ... I went in to return a purchase I made online, while I was giving the person helping me my info and the reason why I was returning 2 of the sales representatives where behind her looking at me up and down and laughing. I honestly felt very uncomfortable to go back later on that day to pick my other order that I made once that happened it made me regret picking up from that location. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
