Lovely times at this store. The staff was very knowledgeable about the products and offered to check out their new line of shoes (in my favorite color)!! Their patience and understanding of both fashion and craftsmanship made for a great shopping experience. Ultimately, they found a bag that was perfect for me. I drive to this location an hour away to buy the one day crystal collection and was told I couldn’t put any items on hold over the phone but that the whole collection was in stock in store . When I arrive I was shown one of the purses and wallet and was told the other style was on hold. The manager proceeded to say it was payed for in store and just needs to be picked up.
