Bianca and the staff were absolutely amazing! I spent an hour in the story browsing and she helped me how to figure out the chain placement around my new bag and customize my tag. She went above and beyond and truly made my birthday shopping experience memorable! 🤍
Lely (I believe that’s her name sorry queen) was so kind and has great customer service! She monogrammed and packaged the gift! Highly recommend shopping with her!
Peter and one of the managers were absolutely SPECTACULAR. I came in wanting a bag in sale and helped me choose a color without pushing a sale. They discussed their own collections and provided good advice, were also very patient! Overall an absolutely amazing experience, will be returning!
Love this location! The associates are always a joy to work with. I especially had a wonderful time with Rebecca! 10/10 will definitely be back to shop at this location☺️☺️.
Walked in this morning to coach. Was greeted when we walked in. Usually someone comes over to see if we need help. No associate came over until called while no one was in the store. Was helped by Antonio who provided a great service and was helpful in picking bags. Two other people walked in after Antonio was helping us and Rebecca (someone who seems to be the manager) called him and pointed at the other costumers as if he should stop helping us to help them?
