I had to take the time to write a review about Dani! I called dozens of stores throughout different states trying to find one of the new kisslocks. They didn’t have it when I initially called but Dani took down my number and called me back within a few hours to let me know they got one in, which I so appreciated. I received it today and it was beautifully gift wrapped. I live in Florida but I will order from this location again just to work with Dani!
The best Coach store in the area! The SAs are all super friendly and helpful. Paige has helped me the most, but everyone I've interacted with at this store has been amazing. They go above and beyond customer service here!
Felicia is very NASTY! People have lost they mind when it comes to being nice and “ doing what the company pays you to do “ SHE DONT UNDERSTAND HOW BAD THIS MAKES COACH LOOK………I’m glade I didn’t spend 2500 in there…… spent my money elsewhere. Bought me a LV purse instead. I have heard out of several of my friends on how they get treated when they walk in that store.
Sells damaged purses opposed to removing them from the floor. So go to a different coach store.
On September 20, 2025, I purchased a Coach Tabby bag from the Coach store at Beachwood Mall (Ohio). The sales associate told me it was a display bag, but I was charged full price with no discount and given a regular receipt — no disclosure that it might be damaged or sold “as-is.” When I got home on September 20, I left the bag completely wrapped up inside the Coach box.
