I thought I left an actual review. I loved my visit at the store. Everyone was so attentive and kind to me and my daughter. I was there to trade an online order, and it went as smooth as it could possibly go. I was at the Beachwood store. Everyone should visit there!
Traveled over an hour to this Coach location. We were greeted when we walked in, and I even said I was looking for a wallet. The worker left and helped a group of men with shoes. I continued looking. I had to open drawers to even find colors I wanted. Another worker walked around the entire time and never acknowledged my group. She was wearing athletic apparel and refused to help.
