Today around 12:00 p.m. I went into the Coach store to see all of the new designs and to look for a rainbow sparkly bag that I keep seeing on the internet . The moment I walked in the store I was greeted but the greeting was not a the greeting of someone who wanted to help me but was more like a greeting that made me feel like I was a problem. Customer Service was awesome
Very disappointing experience. I visited the Coach Outlet at Beachwood Place in Cleveland, Ohio on Christmas Eve. It was close to their 6:00 PM closing time, and as I was trying to exit the store, an employee gave me an attitude while I was opening the door. When I finally left, she rudely said, “We are closed,” in a very disrespectful tone. I had to take the time to write a review about Dani! I called dozens of stores throughout different states trying to find one of the new kisslocks. They didn’t have it when I initially called but Dani took down my number and called me back within a few hours to let me know they got one in, which I so appreciated. I received it today and it was beautifully gift wrapped. I live in Florida but I will order from this location again just to work with Dani!
The best Coach store in the area! The SAs are all super friendly and helpful. Paige has helped me the most, but everyone I've interacted with at this store has been amazing. They go above and beyond customer service here!
