This Coach store has an advantage of well trained and professional staff. They allow you to thread the thin line between a customer and genuinely friendly and knowledgeable staff that serves without aggressively trying to sell you up. Excellent work to the staff, special shot out to Derriean Taylor… keep up the excellent work. Will recommend.
Today around 12:00 p.m. I went into the Coach store to see all of the new designs and to look for a rainbow sparkly bag that I keep seeing on the internet . The moment I walked in the store I was greeted but the greeting was not a the greeting of someone who wanted to help me but was more like a greeting that made me feel like I was a problem. Customer Service was awesome
Very disappointing experience. I visited the Coach Outlet at Beachwood Place in Cleveland, Ohio on Christmas Eve. It was close to their 6:00 PM closing time, and as I was trying to exit the store, an employee gave me an attitude while I was opening the door. When I finally left, she rudely said, “We are closed,” in a very disrespectful tone.
