Total lack of professionalism, horrible customer service, and a complete lack of in-store coordination. From one employee to the next, including the manager, no one seemed to know who was doing what. They sent me the wrong item through a pay-by-link purchase, would not own up to or apologize for their mistake, and instead hung up on me rather than taking accountability and rectifying the situation. Terrible customer service. Ordered custom hang tags for a gift. They were behind on customisations so they said they would ship the next day. Never shipped them. Called the store and was told I Iikely wouldn’t get them in time. Very poor customer service as it was clearly documented before I left that they were to be shipped.
I love visiting the Beachwood coach store! The whole team is nice and Paige and Kyla go above and beyond! I love my new bag and my new cute tags to go with it. It made my upcoming birthday special. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much ♥️
Always a great experience in this store! You are greeted with kindness and associates are eager to assist. I've worked with Paige, she is a gem! Recently I was assisted by Lois, he was very patient and helped me to get just what I wanted for a birthday gift to myself. Thank you!
This Coach store has an advantage of well trained and professional staff. They allow you to thread the thin line between a customer and genuinely friendly and knowledgeable staff that serves without aggressively trying to sell you up. Excellent work to the staff, special shot out to Derriean Taylor… keep up the excellent work. Will recommend.
