Terrible experience. I have had not once or twice but in four consecutive occasions the worse online buying and customer service experience. The service when i have visited the stores in person is great, however online is a different story. I’m not one to put any types of reviews whether good or bad but this has gone to the extreme that I feel that is necessary for other people to read this and know what is going on.
To make the story short, I will just say that I have placed a total of five orders online. The first order I placed I paid for overnight shipping because I needed the items for three days later only to have to pal e a call and find out the items i had been waiting for weren’t even in stock although they were showing available online. After that I was told they will send them to me once available and refund the shipping fee I had paid. As you can already start to imagine those items were also never in stock the second time and I waited over five days without even getting a delivery confirmation email. Again I had to invest my time and call. Once again they told me they were sorry but the items were still not in stock. At that point I canceled the entire order and decided to give them another chance. I went ahead and placed a brand new order with other different items that according to the website were in stock. A few days later I had not received a shipment confirmation email, then I get a call that they were sorry but these two items were not in stock either. You could probably imagine how I was feeling already at that point. The rep who called me offered me a 20% off any item and a credit of 75 dollars for all the inconveniences and placed a new order for me of two tshirts over the phone and guarantee that they were in stock becasen he has checked and madre sure. Guess what happens next.... yesterday I called again because one more time I had not received any shipment confirmation and when I called I got the same answer, the items aren’t on stock. This is unbelievable. I have placed all these orders and over and over again they sell items online that are not in stock although they show available. All of this has happens over a period of over three weeks and coach still has the same items I tried to purchase the first time available for people to buy, they even put them on sale as I am getting calls and finding out they are not in stock. They are purposely allowing people to buy products that they don’t have to pay with they money meanwhile. I am extremely disappointed and I can’t believe this company that I thought was prestigious is capable of such low and unethical practice.
