I was devasted to learn that the Rogue 39 was being discontinued before I had the chance to purchase online. I called my local Coach in New Hampshire and after they had let me know they had none in stock I proceeded to call 6 other locations until I got Andrew @ the Copley location. He knew immediately that they had one in stock and was able to complete the transaction for me so quickly and efficiently! I had the absolute best experience with Elizabeth at Coach Copley. I was working from home in my usual mix of chaos and caffeine when I decided to track down a specific Coach bag that had sold out online. I called the store and Elizabeth could not have been more helpful. She confirmed they had the bag, offered to ship it to me directly, and walked me through the entire process over text. The store itself is nice and I was happy with the lady who eventually helped me with my bag. However, the overall service attitude really needs improvement. I had to actively seek out assistance while most of the staff on duty were chatting among themselves. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down help or fetch bags on their own—especially considering the prices you’re paying here.
