I recently visited the Coach Store in Boston and was very impressed with the overall experience. The store is large, bright, and beautifully laid out, creating a welcoming atmosphere for browsing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering assistance without being intrusive. The products are certainly not inexpensive, but the quality, design, and craftsmanship make them stand out. They clearly don’t like customers. I walked in spoke and the staff just looked at me without speaking back. Please spend your money elsewhere!

Gabriel & his team were so nice. I came in on my lunch break. I knew exactly what I wanted & Gabriel had me in & out in no time. It was overall a great experience & I love my new bag!

I visited this store on a whim, from the moment I entered it was a fantastic experience. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. The standout was the assistant store manager, Elizabeth, she was friendly, approachable, VERY knowledgeable and made my shopping experience excellent. I will for sure be back!
