The experience was really unfortunate because I have always known Coach to provide excellent customer service. However, this particular location, the service was not the best. When I walked into the store, I looked around and no one offered to help. At the entrance, there was a woman who acknowledged customers as they came in, but once I walked further into the store, there was another associate standing on the left-hand side who did not greet anyone or ask if I needed assistance. Excellent Coach store, with a good amount of inventory. Employees are always friendly and eager to help. They even helped me track down a hard to find bag in stock at a different store.
i made an online purchase with Cassandra from coach, she was AMAZING. i loved the service, the kindness and patience she had, even if it was virtual. she did an excellent job packaging my order as well. much love 🫶🏻
