Tami was literally the sweetest ever. She sold me on the coach slides and was very kind throughout the whole process!
Dream was amazing! They didn’t have my shoe size in stock but she went out of the way to help me and get me the correct size!
Told me they had a new bag in the back then snuck the counter bag in and I only found out when I opened it. They didn’t even put it in a box they put it in a Canvas sack that it doesn’t even fit in. Went in to ask the blonde girl in the elf costume and she was rude saying if it’s the last one then it’s all the same as the other bags and she could return it if I wanted. Every worker in the Coach scottsdale mall was super helpful and respectful, especially Ivanna she was very polite and made sure I left with no regrets when choosing my new bag. She gave me a couple of options and we went from there, I decided on a swinger bag and she also convinced me to get a new wallet that match my current coach bag, which was very needed. Thanks ivanna for all the help and for the great customer service, I will definitely be coming back!
Ivanna was absolutely wonderful in helping me find a purse to my liking ESPECIALLY when I went in without something specific in mind. Also she’s a bilingual queen? 10/10 La recomiendo ✨
