Monogram was kinda messy (black currant) compared to a purse I previously ordered online, but that is not why I am giving this location a 1 star review. I felt that some of the employees were very unprofessional. One of the employee (wearing pink/red frame glasses) was squealing loudly, and making lots of noise in excitement when another opened the door with mirror on it, apparently after seeing stock to be released on December 1st. She’s so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. When it comes to choosing the perfect bag and accessories, August is the absolute best. Her knowledge is unmatched—she explains everything with such detail and makes the whole process fun and easy. If you get the chance, definitely ask for August—you won’t be disappointed!
