The location and staff are always incredible, but August truly makes the experience unforgettable! She’s so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. When it comes to choosing the perfect bag and accessories, August is the absolute best. Her knowledge is unmatched—she explains everything with such detail and makes the whole process fun and easy. If you get the chance, definitely ask for August—you won’t be disappointed!

My sister was in phoenix for a trip and stop by as a favor for me. I’m looking to buy a gift for a friend. Unfortunately a different associate was tending to her and wasn’t exactly the friendliest nor the most helpful. After hearing the story when my sister came back from her trip I called the store and got Yessica. She was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful in assisting me with purchasing said gift. I will be returning to do business with this store because of Yessica! Thank you!
