I had an issue with bags I had ordered online and the village pointe staff helped solve a problem they didn’t even create without hesitation. Such nice people and forever thankful for them!
The only place I'll buy coach bags. After a really poor experience at the outlet store in Gretna, I decided to come here instead. All of the staff was kind, answered my questions, and even helped me to customize my bag. I and my fiancé were both offered water while we looked, which was incredibly thoughtful after a warm day of walking around the mall. Overall I'd rather come here and be treated kinder than at the outlet store.
