I visited Coach for the first time today ready to find a mom bag it was a little overwhelming at first. But Lewis ended up helping me out right away. I was set on a certain bag but he showed me some other options as well. He let me know the prices of them. Told me realistically what a bag can and cant fit told me any pros and cons of a bag by what I was looking for. I love this store and it's amazing staff. They are friendly, non-judgemental, and very involved. Eloisa and Jill always treat me well without pressuring into bigger sales
The couple of times I’ve come in this location I’ve had a great experience. Zero judgement, always greeted kindly and helped with everything I need. Everyone is incredibly nice and helpful. Recently I’ve been helped by Ellie and she is absolutely amazing! Super helpful, even showing me her own personal bag that wasn’t available in store. Wonderful employees that make shopping here fun!
