Zach helped my friend and I yesterday and to be honest, my friend was more in the market for a bag than I was. Zach was so helpful and knowledgeable about the handbags that it made me take a look and I ended up leaving with one too. He seemed just genuinely happy to talk about the craftsmanship and made us feel welcome. Thanks Zach!
Took my coach soho flap bag here to get an emergency cleaning (had gotten some MAC lip liner on it the day before) and the male staff who helped me gotten it clean in under 5 mins!!! I don’t remember his name but he was super helpful with info and the lip liner mark was completely nonexistent. Thank you again!!
I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at the Coach store in the Santa Anita Mall. I purchased a gift for my daughter’s birthday in March, and she later tried to exchange it but was denied because she didn’t have the receipt. I completely understand policy, but what bothered me most was the lack of effort or consideration when I finally had the chance to visit the store myself.
