I see other Zack appreciators have already posted their reviews, but I just had to chime in. I’m usually an online shopper because I always feel a bit intimidated to stop in (long lines, customer service can be demeaning) but Zack made me feel so welcome! Zach helped my friend and I yesterday and to be honest, my friend was more in the market for a bag than I was. Zach was so helpful and knowledgeable about the handbags that it made me take a look and I ended up leaving with one too. He seemed just genuinely happy to talk about the craftsmanship and made us feel welcome. Thanks Zach!
Took my coach soho flap bag here to get an emergency cleaning (had gotten some MAC lip liner on it the day before) and the male staff who helped me gotten it clean in under 5 mins!!! I don’t remember his name but he was super helpful with info and the lip liner mark was completely nonexistent. Thank you again!!
