I ordered online for pickup and added gift wrap, my item was only covered in a piece of plastic very disappointing, I couldn’t say anything staff were busy talking to each other not the best experience

We have always loved coach purses for many years, they have great quality and design, the designer changed a few years back and the style turned a little boring, so we haven’t purchased anything new in years, so see stopped in today to see the new spring collection, we definitely can tell they are starting to look like they use to back in 2014, so we just might have to add something new to our collection.
I purchased a pair of sunglasses as a gift from this location. The prices are very affordable compared to other brands however, the experience isn’t a luxurious. The staff aren’t as professional from their tone to their choice of clothing. I wish they’d implement a dress code to increase the ‘luxury’ feel.
