Super kind customer service, I got assistance quickly & enough attentive staff in store.
Hemos echo un pedido para recoger en tienda y agregué la opción de empacar para regalo con una nota y me han dado una bolsa sin ningún tipo de empaque para regalo y sin la nota. Un servicio de empaque terrible. Sin el lazo ni las cintas y sin la nota. Estoy tan decepcionada de la tienda. Si pudiera se daría 0 estrellas.
bought a bag and wanted to get it embroidered but was denied due to it being from another location.. but when i bought a bag from their store i was able to embroidery it in LA. Also no one attended me, workers were very rude and unprofessional.
Austin is awesome, he always helps my wife out finding new bags and accessories. We have been going specifically with him for more than a year now because we liked his service. Will always return.
