Truly the best coach store I’ve been in NYC. Everyone there is extremely friendly and their customer service is superb!! Even though the nearest store to me is the one at 5th Ave, I find myself always coming back to this store and actually making purchases.

I visited NYC last October and bought a maple brown wallet in this branch. I have asked the staff for this specific wallet and it was given to me, to which I went to the counter to pay for. Paid for the wallet and was asked to wait 5-10mins for them to pack the item. Checked my item in the evening when I was already in the airport only to find out that they gave me a merlot coloured wallet.
