The more I went into this store the more I realized that I need to shop somewhere else, the treatment that I get from the SA’s is like the treatment I receive at the outlet store. They only pay attention to you when you are buying something. If you have a problem with a bag they are not helpful at all, even the manager is unhelpful and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor shop at another Coach store because I am.
they forgot to put the bag i bought and a chain in the shopping bag. i went home without my purse and strap! i had to go back and miss work!

Salesman Carter went above and beyond to help me find a product that was only available in another country
Worst experience! They charged me $695 for bag which cost like $419 now and I asked them to return it because I still have 6 days to return it but they said that they have no enough cash in the register and denied to put that money in my debit card too ! Lady there is very rude and worst costumer service ! I don’t recommend you guys go in this particular location. Thank you
