My wife's new sunglasses needed repairing and she was heartbroken. Vicki and Laura both helped me with options to fix her glasses in rapid time. My wife and I are extremely grateful for their professionalism and excellent customer service!
I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt a couple times but I am finding it hard to defend the customer service. Every time I have gone in by myself, I was ignored and not taken seriously. I understand that there can be peak hours and rush time frames, however, I don't find justification into ignoring customers. Jocelyn was so so so kind and personable! She did an amazing job on my custom tag. Super wonderful experience!
Vicky was the sweetest and most helpful employee I have ever came across. I was purchasing my first designer purse and a early birthday gift, she brought out so many options and accessories, and gave me time to pick and answered all questions truthfully and happily. Best experience by far.
