Worst customer service! I have several items bags wallets passport holders that i wanted engraved and they acted all rude demanding we would buy something at the moment. I tried to explain to the latinas who work there that i got the bag as a gift and they refused to do the engraving. Those latinas that worked there are specially rude to other latinos. Worst experience ever after i spent about $1k to be treated like that. Not recommended at all
I’ve been to several Coach stores including in Chicago and New York, this location is one of the worst Coach customer service experience. Please train your associates! Not that difficult to help others..
