My wife's new sunglasses needed repairing and she was heartbroken. Vicki and Laura both helped me with options to fix her glasses in rapid time. My wife and I are extremely grateful for their professionalism and excellent customer service!
I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt a couple times but I am finding it hard to defend the customer service. Every time I have gone in by myself, I was ignored and not taken seriously. I understand that there can be peak hours and rush time frames, however, I don't find justification into ignoring customers. Vicky was the sweetest and most helpful employee I have ever came across. I was purchasing my first designer purse and a early birthday gift, she brought out so many options and accessories, and gave me time to pick and answered all questions truthfully and happily. Best experience by far.
I debated for a while whether I should post or not. I went in with the hopes of finding a matching wallet or key chain to my Juliet 38 and also to express concerns about the wear on my bag that is less than 6 months old. I was met with a manager that ignored me when I walked in and employee who basically ignored my concerns and refused to try to help the situation with my bag.
