I was here yesterday to help my best friend look for a purse she’s been eyeing online. While my friends and I came in we looked at their bag charms and she went off looking for the purse. We were getting dirty stares as if we were going to steal. No one greeted us or asked if we needed help. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable and felt so racially profiled from them. I love coach too and it’s bags but this behavior makes me only want to stick to online shopping.
I had a very disappointing experience with an associate named Vanessa during my recent visit around 7 PM. My boyfriend and I walked in friendly and ready to shop, but no one greeted us. Instead, Vanessa closely watched my every move throughout the store without offering any assistance, which felt extremely uncomfortable and unnecessary. My significant other got me a bag from this location for my birthday and had a bad experience. After purchasing the large Lana bag, he asked if it could be wrapped up in a box as it was a birthday gift. After about ten minutes, they handed him the bag and it was in fact not wrapped up in a box. They also gave him a medium bag instead of the large bag that he purchased. Would not recommend coming to this location!
The more I went into this store the more I realized that I need to shop somewhere else, the treatment that I get from the SA’s is like the treatment I receive at the outlet store. They only pay attention to you when you are buying something. If you have a problem with a bag they are not helpful at all, even the manager is unhelpful and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor shop at another Coach store because I am.
they forgot to put the bag i bought and a chain in the shopping bag. i went home without my purse and strap! i had to go back and miss work!
