I rarely return gifts but in this case I didn’t really like this bag because of the design/it was more for men. My husband got it as my Christmas gift (purchased 12/21). I tried to return it in store (Mall of Ga Coach store) but I was informed that I needed the original card it was purchased under which I didn’t have my debit card at the time.
