⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had a pleasurable experience at the Coach store! The staff was incredibly helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout my visit. They were knowledgeable about the products and took the time to assist me in finding exactly what I was looking for. I left feeling satisfied with my purchase, and I would definitely shop here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Really deserve less than zero stars - negative zero. I walked in to have an item that was purchased online packaged for my daughter . Waited in line patiently to be greeted . Then walks up a black women with short hair and glasses who was extremely rude with a condescending tone . Barely could get my sentence comply out before she goes lets me see your receipt cause it’s from the outlet we can’t do it . Mind you I called ahead and asked and was told differently.
