Terri is the absolute best! I own multiple Coach pieces, and she has probably sold me or my fiancé half of them. She always remembers my name, and it's always fun to catch up with her. If there was a zero star I’ll give it to them. I wanted to buy a hand bag from them called the Tote Cargo Bag, but they didn’t have it in-store, only online. I needed it the same day, so I went to Dillard’s and found the exact same bag and bought it there. I was making a return on the Western Tabby, lovely bag, but to small. The sales associates were so nice and kind. Top Tier!!! Will visit this Coach store again.
