I usually don’t post negative comments, but this one has me fired up. My family bought me a coach bag for my birthday. It was the wrong one and they had misplaced the receipt. We go today to exchange the bag (with all the tags and the original bag it was bought in). The lady says we need the receipt but this is a USED bag.
