I was searching everywhere for the Western Tabby and had almost given up until I texted this location. None of the other stores I reached out to had offered to help, but Rachael immediately did. She went out of her way to assist me, by texting me numbers of other locations that might have it. She was so patient, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me find what I wanted. Customer service like this is rare these days and truly deserves to be recognized. Thank you so much, Rachael!

The women who helped me were so incredibly kind to me and helped me with my situation with such care. I was so happy with the outcome. I brought in a Coach bag that I got 10+ years ago because the hardware on my strap broke and they took care of me like my bag was brand new.

i had an excellent experience with the ladies at this location! rachael was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and made the whole process of purchasing the bag i came in for an absolute breeze. she also helped out with some additional questions, going above and beyond to help me get information about an additional item for a friend. i didn't catch the other staff member's name, but she was lovely too--i had great service from both of them. can't wait to go back!
