Absolutely atrocious service. We first attempted to take the SE bound route from Monarch. Got to the stop about 25 minutes early. Waited over an hour until it was 40 minutes late. 0 updates or alerts. Attempted to take the same route from Buena Vista the next day. Same deal; 30 min early, no sign of the bus even when it was 10 minutes late. MAWS- Mammoth all weather shuttle is owned by this company. Their drivers were fine but Management overbooked . Arriving at the Bishop, Ca airport for a 45 minute shuttle to Mammoth Mountain turned into a 3 hour ordeal. The bus also had no functioning seat belts. This is a shaky operation that’s best avoided. Pay $10 more an get a shared cab. Happy skiing

Buyer beware. They took $400 from me for a round trip and haven’t confirmed via email, text or phone. They do not answer phone calls. It’s been over 48 hours since I made a couple calls. Where do my $400 go? Why did you guys need so much information including my flight number?? Suspicious company for sure
