I have been getting my taxes and bookkeeping here for years. Never a problem and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They did my 2012 returns and were supposed to send a copy in the mail. MONTHS later I went in there to pick up my copy and they said it wasn't prepared!!!! They told me to come back to pick up and when I did it still wasn't ready. Stupid me, now I drop off my stuff for my 2013 returns AFTER the tax deadline and they tell me they have no idea how long it will take!!! This is a simple return with no schedules.
