Very friendly , kind and helpful tellers. It was exceptionally clean and felt welcoming from the moment I stepped in the credit union.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. This institution does not offer virtual debit cards, and I proactively informed the branch that I would be traveling for work on the East Coast, where there are no branch or sister-branch locations available to me. Despite this, after reporting fraud on my account, my debit card was cancelled. Initially, I understood the need to cancel the card for security reasons.
