Very bad service and very bad customer service the grill in the desk charge us to much and when we ask why she doesn’t want to give us the car 😰no stars I just click it so I can give a review we been in the office for one hour and we got late to check in the hotel .

Would be NO stars if that was an option! The list is too long but to bullet point it was as follows: 1. Car in wrong location, took 30 mins to find it 2. Directions to collect car incorrect 3. Tyre flat had to deal with 4. Expected to pay $170 to release the car from carpark and then expected to wait the full rental time of 8 days before it was refunded 5. I travel between Orlando to Miami all the time for work. I love these guys. Im always able to book one of their cars via the Turo app and i never have a problem with renting a nice luxury car. Love my 2018 Porsche Macan! 😬 🤗 👍🏼Makes like a lot easier!
