Purchased living room furniture but I am a repeat customer. Can't beat the selection or the prices. The service is always great and they will be there tomorrow if you have a problem.
Bought furniture actually special ordered the furniture , the delivery and service was fantastic. We had a issue called them and within two days they had taken care of the issue. I would recommend this business .
Great furniture and great prices/selection. I purchased England couch and chair, custom order and custom color, so I had to wait a little while for delivery, but that was ok. I realize now that the Manufacturer can cause delays, not the store, but it is all worth it in the end when you have quality furniture in your home. Spent over $3,000 on a living room set. After 2 1/2 years the leather is peeling and tearing on all the pieces. We called C&O Furniture and told them of the issues. Their response was there is nothing that could be done and couldn't wait to get off the phone with us. Do yourself a favor and save a lot of grief go somewhere else.
We recently purchased a rocker/recliner at C&O. The price was right, however, we waited over a month to get, and once we did receive it, it was defective. The chair was missing the whole bottom section. We tried, to no avail, to have this problem rectified, but the owner and sales manager only insulted us and ridiculed us, stating it was the chair we ordered. I have bought a dinning room table, a coffee, table, and an entertainment center from C&O. Very good quality and I had great service. No pressure sales. They don't follow you around but yet they are there to answer any question.
Great prices! I have been everywhere looking for a new living room. I Walked around C & O without pushy salespeople hovering. Salesman was very helpful and patient while I was making my decision. Delivered quickly.Love my new furniture. Will definitely be back
