I had to give you a 1 star just to post my displeasure. We have lived in our home 30 years and have been on budget the entire time. Driver nearly killed me
When I opened an account with them I was told as long as I paid before the next fill up that I was good to go leaving me to believe I had some time to pay my bills. Which I did pay, even had a tank monitor put on. Well, my tank ran empty during this storm and it turns out they shut my tank monitor deal off due to non payment.... I paid my bill, I had a 0 balance, but according to them they sent me notices of I assume monitor shut off? But why would I open a blank bill from keystone if I had a 0 balance on the app? One of their company vehicles was driving behind me in Lafayette today while it was still snowing, and proceeded to come up on me as fast as they could as we approached a stoplight. The man then saw my car begin to slide as we took off, and he proceeded to speed past me. I was already going at least 40 mph and there’s absolutely no reason for someone to be going as fast as he was, especially approaching cars that way, while the road conditions are as they were.
