Rip off artist. Do Not Use This Company. I only fill my tank once every 3 years because we use wood heat but propane as a back up heat source and we use propane for our generator. I had my tank filled last year so, I wouldn't need any propane for another 2 years. I noticed something had been moved around my owned propane tank and noticed that they had been here and filled my tank without notice. Minimum usage fees are bullshit. What a business model for lackluster service.
By far the shadiest company I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with, our old propane company sold to these jokes our prices skyrocketed, late fees before payment date and idk how but the propane lasted almost half the time as the previous company. Dealing with this company has ultimately made us put our house on the market.
Poor communication. 2 months and calling every few days. What an absolute embarrassment. If you have propane in madison county area good luck on customer service. I’ve called 25 times in 2 months
My mom had used Harvestland for years, it was bought out by Keystone cooperative. She continued to use them, had a payment plant, they were great. But then she passed away almost 2 years ago now. I had lived with her for 12 years as her caregiver, and she passed at 91. When I tried to transfer the account, they said I could not.
