I was referred to Heather Kim at CNY to take care of a corporation which had not filed taxes in 3 years, and of course it was an urgent matter. Heather jumped right in and took care of it all. She gave me a deadline and came in way before it. She kindly allowed me to pay in 2 increments which was really helpful. Also there was a situation which occurred and it required her to refile the return and even though I offered to pay her extra for her time she said no, and that it was ok.
