I have been a customer of CNS Enterprises & Solutions LLC for almost 10 years and they have always been amazing professional and will go the extra mile to make sure that everything is done correctly thank you so much for all you do for so many YOU ARE A BLESSING TO THE COMMUNITY
I gave them a 1 star but they deserve a 0 star cause we have had the same garbage can since we signed up with south lake refugee and they asked us if we want a bigger garbage can and never brought it and up charging us every month and the bill is supposed to 1 every 3 months when you sign up
Very unprofessional. My husband and I birth called them several times while they were doing our taxes and it was IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch w/ someone. They never kept us in the loop on anything. We also specifically said we wanted our return to be direct deposited and a check was mailed to them. They never even told us they had the check. My husband had to email them (because they don’t answer the phone) after two months to get an update. Unsatisfied to say the least.
