I had a very comfortable experience at this clinic. I came in to have some documents issued, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The receptionist was kind and welcoming, and she was especially sweet to our 3-year-old son, which we truly appreciated. The waiting time was also surprisingly short. My technician, Dean, was fantastic. We (Ira Steffy and Son) a structural steel company had Janae out to do audiometric testing of our shop employees. She brought a nice tow behind trailer with six booths which helped the process go quickly. She did an excellent and efficient job. We experienced much better service than we have had in the past and we plan to use Janae from here on out! Thanks to Chris and Rob also who were very prompt and helpful to get it all set up.

I don’t like needles, at all, specially first thing in the morning, but here comes Dean with a unique kindness and useful tips nobody ever gave me, and the whole process goes as smoothly as it can be. Thank you very much Dean, you are awesome and I am very grateful I got you to do my blood work today, 🙏.

Dean Bucher is great. He drew my blood and it was the best stick of my life. Completely painless. And he was just a pleasure to work with besides.
