I have worked with a few different convey law firms for my house loan and this is the very first time I have been demanded to make payment for fire insurance within 2 hours of notice by email and phone call. I was not told of why this is so urgent that I have to pay within 2 hours. So I had to drop everything I was doing at that moment just to make payment. This leaves me with bad taste in my mouth.
