Casual, lazy, disorganized, inappropriate jokes would be best descriptions of this firm. I thought being a lawyer was a serious and well respected profession. Myself, our property agent and out mortgage broker were ones leading the whole process during the a property transaction, when it should always be lawyers leading the way and telling us on exact steps and all details. Kaiser, the Convey Executive has been always responsive to my questions and concerns, and provided clear explanations at every turn. There was a little hiccup at the beginning of the consultation, due to miscommunication about the refinancing date, a variation fee was unexpectedly incurred.
This is ridiculous I call in to CNP in March'25 in relation to my hdb transaction in Jan'25, as they were manging my deposit. I have been ask to wait and so I waited till April and wrote and email to enquire about the refund of my money, until now I haven't get back my money. I call in to CNP to enquire if anyone can help they route me back to the same person who is not following up after I paid for their services. If I had known that I wouldn't engage CNP firm.
