Great presentation of what they could offer our company, however the roll out of their system was sub-par. Despite their internal staff and contracted specialists, they could never get the system to work properly. This continued over several months to no avail. We have been left holding the bag. Lots of $ spent, with no return on our investment. Very disappointed at the lack of follow through.
CNP DOES NOT CARE about their large or SMALL customers. We paid over $50k on their system and 7 months later we don't have a working system. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE CNP TECHNOLOGIES. GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. Worst install experience. All they care about is selling the product. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE
