CNP provided outstanding roundtrip service for me and my guests from my home to the Galveston cruise port. Both drivers arrived early and were patient with the group (6 people). They were very skilled and careful with loading and unloading our luggage. Drivers were safe, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend.
The experience was an episode!!! The lack of communication ended up with the party bus going to the venue, having an accident and subsequently, not arriving to pick up the guests to transport to the venue!! As a result, a second bus came, with none of the drinks, ice, cups which were included in the package. The 70th birthday party was an hour late, due to the poor service of this company!!

HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE MY DAUGHTER'S DAY.THE SMILE ON HER FACE WHEN SHE WALKED OUTSIDE AND SAW THE ALL BLACK RR CULLINAN WAITING TO DRIVE HER OFF WAS PRICELESS!!! Hired CNP for airport transportation to and from the airport for our vacation. The service was excellent and on time! The drivers are professional and friendly.
