The DB300 tumbler is worth its weight in gold. We tool it off the crate, bolted it down, plugged it in, and started making money. Really impressed. Thanks to your team for recommending the right machine and getting it to us quickly as promised. UPDATE AFTER 1 YEAR: This machine has paid for itself more than once. It's really well built and works EXACLY as promised. We took the time to understand what tumble media would work for our application and it was worth it.
We have had our Mr. Deburr for a year and a half now. Great machine and great customer service with consumables, plus fast shipping. Had one issue with a damaged shipping box missing media, they had a replacement shipped out the following day. Some things are out of stock currently like plastic media, but that is common everywhere right now.
I placed an order with one of their online dealers and money was taken from my account immediately but Bill at Accubrass didn't reply to my emails or phone calls for well over a week. Then when i was finally refunded due to the product being out of stock, i was not refunded the cc processing fee. So it cost me $180 for a huge waste of time.
