I do not recommend at all to use this person for any financing process, she was a loan officer in one of my listings, she never tried to update us with the process, any emails that was sent from me and buyer agent to her, was either ignored or minimal responses, contract ratified on 10/07, based on contract terms, commitment must be provided to us on 10/28, she ordered the appraisal on 10/28 and appraisal was sone on 11/04, her response was this:" As you know we needed 45 days to get this file done.
