I went into the Bradford CNB recently and had a terrible experience. The teller Andrew was on his phone when I entered. Then when I finally got his attention, he was extremely rude and unprofessional.
This bank as continued to not only keep removing money out of an account that’s unauthorized but an account I’ve called to cancel 6 times. They lady destiny who answered the phone was SUPER unprofessional and didn’t understand how assisting the customer over the phone and instead decided to provoke that person and hung up WITHOUT EVEN HELPING. Cussing at OVER THE PHONE. DONT USE CNB THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!
You can get an account easily here than other banks.
They took 50 out of my account with no notification, for a " vendor return" that's fine I will no longer do business with them..
