THIS COMPANY DOES NOT WORK WITH THEIR CLIENTS TO RESOLVE ISSUES WHEN FINANCIAL ISSUES ARISE, THEY CLAIM THEY CANT CHANGE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS. FOR ME THEY SET UP AN AGREEMENT TO TAKE A DOUBLE PAYMENT FROM ME AND THEY WHEN THEY WITHDREW THE PAYMENT THEY DIDNT TAKE WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. WHEN PAYMENTS ARE MISSED MULTIPLE PEOPLE CALL, TEXT AND EMAIL YOU CONSTANTLY THROUGHOUT THE **** BORDERLINE HARRASSMENT. THEY ARE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. Paid off my car loan a month ago, today I find out my credit score has dropped by 32 points...how?? And the reason states that the account was closed..I'm so confused and upset. You would think It would have INCREASED...smh. It took a lot for me to get my score where it is today, just to be surprised by this as soon as I wake up.. I got laid off due to the stay at home order and I’m not behind in any payments. I spoke with Priscilla ********* about getting a deffered payment and she was more concerned about it being an ongoing problem than trying to help. She asked for my work number to verify if I’ve been laid off yet she NEVER called. She wanted me to used what little income I have left which I’m using for rent to pay my car note. AWFUL!! They took my payment twice in one day. When I called to ask why, and that they needed to reverse the second payment immediately, she told me she would have to put in a request for that, but she would do the best she could do. The next day I called again, I got a big ole spill about how they have a 0 tolerance for late payments. I have never been late, ever. I was told they reversed it and that is was my bank that wasn't letting it go. I called my bank, and they told me no, that CNAC bank had put a 10 day hold on the ... read more

This company suppose to help you restore your credit. We purchased a car from *********. The car was in an accident and total. CNAC received a check from the other insurance company which mean the car will be paid off. Nope, CNAC backed out the argument after receiving the payment. The car payments had been on time even after not having the car anymore. So much happen before that...from our car being register wrong, two sets of tags for one car, paperwork file incorrectly with MVA, getting pulled over because tags was wrong.... read more

I went in almost two years ago looking for a car. They promised it would be a good car, low payments and help with my credit. The car is a LEMON. it has so many things wrong with it. My case manager is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. He never responds to my emails after days. I call him and he says “oh yeah I seen it” but couldn’t reply... they are rude. I gave them 1 star because I had to give them something. We purchased 2 vehicles and have loans with cnac. My job changed pay weeks and I had to fill out the paperwork to get the payments switched to reflect the new pay day. They refused to do it in the first vehicle because there was such a low balance owed on it. They call every single week and try to get payment each week.
