I wish I could give them a zero cause they are robbing people. They charge 108 a month to protect their loan and not the customer. My car was stolen 2 months ago and I'm still paying for the repairs. The corporate office is very RUDE, hate to answer questions, very ignorant, attitudes, and remarks. Not a Good Look for the company, rotten apples will fall.
Purposefully refusing to take payments and having a car repossessed after a bad car accident is horrible business practice! This place and JDByrider lied to me when I told them they were ripping my daughter off . Why is she paying 400$ a month for a used for fusion 2014! The car is not worth more than 5 grand and now that the side of it smashed and torn apart by a large deer the car is t worth even 1000$. I had switched jobs, I had explained this to them and explicitly stated "I need to postpone a payment" FYI I haven't missed a single payment out of the 2 years I've been financed through them. No help for the people that actually need it.
