The actual worst place to finance anything, EVER. Do NOT buy, use, or literally even talk to these people. They will harass you, not care, and just blatantly, be rude. I can not stress enough, no matter HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE, you are NOT desperate enough to sell your soul to these people, I can assure you ten fold.
The absolute worst car company ever!!!!! Don’t walk, RUNNNNNNNNN the other way!!!!!!!! They sale patched up “lemon” cars!! I got mine from Byrider in Conway, Arkansas on Oak st, it messed up on me the first 3 months I kept taking it back they wouldn’t take it back and told me the noise I was hearing was normal smh A year later the car broke down in Memphis, they wouldn’t give me a replacement and still wanted me to pay, when i refused they treated it as a repo!! They take away all of your options to pay, forcing you to have to call for every payment while texting, calling and emailing at all hours demanding the payment they would have had already had they not locked access to their app- which they can do, they refuse to work with you on payments and the customer service is non existent. Avoid them at all costs!
Horrible People!!! They DONOT give a shit about YOU or anything your going through all they care about is their money which by the way there getting way over on people. These people shouldn’t be able to have a job!!!
