Customer service was excellent. Sales team member very helpful and friendly. Happy with the shelving.
Extremely frustrating experience. I never subscribed to this company’s mailing list, yet I continue to receive marketing emails. I have attempted to unsubscribe multiple times, only to end up receiving even more emails afterwards. At this point it feels more like spam than legitimate marketing. Businesses should respect people’s privacy and comply with unsubscribe requests properly. Very disappointing.
