Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Always a pleasure to stop in there!
Very rude. Charge to cash a check that is drawn from themselves! Seriously messed up my power of attorney paperwork, allowing this person with access AFTER my power of attorney had expired! I was mortified. Even after the woman looked at the dated power of attorney paper and I pointed out the date, she proceeded to then talk nasty to me and was utterly unprofessional. Needless to say, I closed my account and opened one at Chemung Canal. Now Chemung Canal is the best banking I've ever had. I will never leave!
