Absolutely worst bank I had ever dealt with. Multiple occasions I had talk to the manager Elizabeth, she was not helpful and extremely inconsiderate. She was ridiculous about everything. I had called, after multiple days after I canceled an order, to have them release the hold on my account and she stated she couldn’t without authorization form the place I canceled the order.
