Tellers very nice. Great hometown atmosphere.
Thank you for calling me and taking time to fix the spiraling levels of confusion. It's much appreciated. It is nice to have a bank call and communicate to fix problems and answer questions. But it's something more when they call and confront and fix issues that boiled over due to human emotions. I gained alot of respect for the employee who called me this morning. I guess if the teller doesn't know you and you don't have an account there, your fair game to be talked down to and shamed. One of the tellers was very rude didn't get her name but I'm glad I don't bank there. I was paying rent and she flat out said oh you must be late, no I pay early. Also was basically shouting at me and ignoring me when I told her my name. The Management there needs to talk to every single teller, because the other one just stood by and watched.
