I am SO ANGRY with the unprofessional service. 1.My case is very simple, just transfer F1 Visa -H1B Visa, but he makes lots of mistake. After his caculating he told me I owe fedal about 200 bucks. But after I run my case on turbotax, the result is fedal owe me 25 bucks. 2.He knows NOTHING about the 5000 treaty policy between China and US.
