I spent an hour doing all the pre-meeting paperwork and then when the meeting comes along, Charles simply doesn't show up. Then, I'm the one that had to email the firm to reschedule, there was no courtesy email or call whatsoever or "I'm sorry". I give them a second chance. Charles ghosts me AGAIN. & again, no courtesy email or call to let me know. It's honestly unbelievable.
Very professional and the most knowledgeable CPA I've ever been around. He also answered all of my wife and I's questions in a manner that was easy to understand. Highly recommend!
