Scott and Steve worked diligently until the loan was funded. I have been in real estate for 42 years and CMN Funding is better than most other lenders. We would borrow from them again when needed.
Searched for days to find a commercial lender with private money mindset to fund a refinance on a building in Kansas. CMN replied quickly, Scott M. and we honestly thought the estimated turnaround, let alone a firm approval was going to be legitimate. We was wrong! Went to closing in less days and the terms were far less than we were expecting. Don’t waste time looking elsewhere. If they can’t do it, nobody else can.
