Overwhelmingly stressful and demoralising experience with a complaint lodged with Victorian Legal Services Board & Commission about this practice... My experience with Caterina at CMK Legal (and later her husband Andreas and her brother Nicholas who stepped in to cover for Caterina's absence) was all in all a stressful and demoralising experience. Both Caterina and Andreas were exceptional in assisting with my aunty’s Will. They were very patient in accommodating her needs and explaining the process in detail. They went above and beyond their normal duties. Totally recommend CMK legal firm for the elderly especially non English speaking individuals. Thank you so much.
Outstanding service from CMK, Caterina & Staff. They assisted and carried out the making of a new will for my elderly mother. As I was unable to be there when Mum signed the will, I asked her, what they were like? She said they were wonderful and delightful people. It was no fuss, pleasant and friendly service.
