Paid to start pickup on Wednesday's, first week didn't show up till Sunday. Hasn't shown up since. Basically stole my money. Won't return phone calls. Will report to BBB. Thieves.
ordered a trash can from them three months ago. haven't seen it yet and they won't return phone calls. terrible
Do not go with this company, unless your okay with going weeks of having no service. I paid for the year and just want my money back! I do not even want to finish out the time I already paid for. I have called and emailed Several times, only to be given another excuse. They are cheap but so is their service. WM is well worth the extra $.
