Excellent experience with CMI. Roger is a true gentleman. He spoke with me, emailed with me several times and was extremely helpful. Keep in mind this was purely to be helpful as I did not purchase anything from him. I offered to pay a consulting fee and Roget would not accept. More people need to do business this way. I would undoubtedly hire Roger no question. Also, he did a great job on a friends boat with a trolling motor.
THEY DO NOT ANSWER CALLS OR CALL BACK- VERY RUDE. CALLING FOR 3 DAYS, FINALLY I LEFT A MESSAGE ASKING THEM TO HAVE THE KINDNESS TO CALL BACK, AT LEASE TO SAY THEY COULDN'T DO THE JOB.
