Today was my first time ever delivering to this location, and I must say I was a bit nervous because I read all the. Reviews about Dan. So I didn't want to encounter. The manager Dan was very racist and rude, he postponed my appointment to waste my time . If you guys truck driver, don’t go this place. Dan is very unprofessional and rude.

After reading the comment about unloading, I was expecting a long process. But I was pleasantly surprised... The same Dan unloaded me (with a crane), he was quite friendly and the unloading took only 30 minutes (from entry to exit). Thank you. P.S. Appointment is a must!!!

When I arrived at the facility I have had the service from a guy named Dan. He wants to work only based on his emotions! A terrible way to make a person's day honestly. I would say he is bringing the company name down! For a 5 minute job, he acts as if I asked him to do my work throughout the whole day. If you are smart, I would recommend you decline the load offer and choose a different facility.
