I started tutoring with Christopher Hernandez in the Fall of 2023. Initially, it was to work on Chemistry, a class I struggled with. He was very helpful and accommodating, and he helped me with my chemistry homework with no shortcuts. Eventually, he helped me build a great foundation, and I was able to finish the class without his help. So, we transitioned into ACT tutoring. Several of our children have tutored with Mr. Hernandez over about 10 years from 2014 - 2024. Initially we began with ACT prep and our children's ACT scores were increased as a result of the tutoring sessions. Our most recent experience was for home schooling. We needed assistance in math. We asked Mr. Hernandez to help guide us in the high school years with her. She struggled in math before she began tutoring with him. She vastly improved in her math skills and even began to love it! My 8th grade son began with Christopher at the beginning of the 24-25 school year and we have seen so much progress. He has been on an IEP since 2nd grade and consistently has fallen further and further behind. From an educational and Social-Emotional stand point- this is the BEST decision we have ever made for him. If you are looking for support outside of the public education system- CMH tutoring will exceed your expectations! We can not express our gratitude for CMH enough!
